We're looking for a Horticulture and Plant Science Trainer & Assessor to deliver engaging training across our plant science provision, supporting students, apprentices, and adult learners to achieve their goals.

What you'll do:

• Deliver practical and classroom-based horticulture and plant science training.
• Assess and support learners on study programmes and apprenticeships.
• Maintain growing areas, planting spaces, and polytunnels.
• Support commercial activities, including plant production and sales.
• Build relationships with employers and industry partners.

What we're looking for:

• Industry experience in horticulture or plant science.
• Teaching, training, or assessing experience.
• Assessor qualification (A1, CAVA, or equivalent).
• Level 3 qualification in Horticulture, Plant Science, or a related subject.
