Role Overview
Deliver and assess Level 3 Plumbing & Gas apprenticeships. Support learners in workplace + on campus. Conduct progress reviews, observations, and portfolio workshops. Coach apprentices towards EPA and workplace competence.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit apprentices on-site (employer engagement essential)
- Assess and support learners against apprenticeship standards
- Track progress and complete documentation & reports
- Support curriculum development and resources
- Deliver coaching in core skills, behaviour, and work readiness
Requirements
- Level 3 Plumbing & Gas qualification
- Assessor qualification (CAVA / A1)
- Industry experience in Plumbing & Gas
- Experience assessing/training apprentices
- Full UK Driving Licence (site visits required)
