Position Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Plumbing Tutor to join our Construction teaching team. If you are an experienced Plumber with an interest in passing on your knowledge to the next generation, this position could be perfect for you. As a Plumbing Tutor at Bolton College, you’ll be responsible for delivering a high level of education to learners aged 16 to 19 and be in a position to inspire those around you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan the delivery of both practical and theoretical plumbing lessons to students at various levels.
• Adapt teaching methods to support all learners equally.
• Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices.
• Measure the progression of learners through observation and assessment.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Recognised qualification in Plumbing or related industry.
• A teaching qualification is desirable; Bolton College will support the right candidate to achieve one alongside the role.
• Teaching experience is a bonus!
