We are looking for a driven and ambitious 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our Further Education team. This is a full-cycle recruitment role where you will manage both client relationships and candidate delivery, specialising in placing professionals within colleges and training providers.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Business Development & Sales: Proactively identify, target, and win new business within the Further Education sector; Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients; Develop and execute sales strategies to grow your desk and achieve revenue targets.
- Client Management: Act as a trusted partner to clients, offering market insight and recruitment expertise; Manage job briefs, ensuring a clear understanding of role requirements and timelines; Deliver a high-quality, consultative service to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
- Candidate Sourcing & Management: Source, attract, and engage high-quality candidates using job boards, databases, networking, and social media; Conduct interviews, assessments, and compliance checks; Manage candidate relationships throughout the recruitment life cycle; Provide guidance on CVs, interviews, and career progression.
- Delivery & Process Management: Match candidates to suitable roles and manage the end-to-end recruitment process; Coordinate interviews, feedback, offers, and onboarding; Maintain accurate records using CRM systems and ensure compliance with safeguarding standards.
- Market & Sector Knowledge: Stay informed on Further Education trends, funding changes, and skills demands; Position yourself as a knowledgeable specialist within your market.
