Role Overview
You will deliver high-quality teaching across Level 1 to Level 3 Bricklaying, supporting learners to develop practical trade skills and industry knowledge needed for successful careers in construction.
Key Responsibilities
- Delivering engaging workshop and classroom-based sessions
- Planning lessons and tracking learner progress
- Assessing work and providing clear, constructive feedback
- Promoting safe working practices within practical environments
- Contributing to course development and quality assurance processes
Candidate Profile
- A Level 3 qualification in Bricklaying or a related trade
- Proven experience within the construction industry
- A teaching qualification or willingness to work towards one
- The ability to motivate and support learners of varying abilities
