The Protocol Group is proud to be working with a leading Further Education College in Hull to recruit an experienced Lecturer in Catering for an immediate start.
We are looking for a passionate Catering professional with strong industry knowledge and experience in confectionery, patisserie, and chocolate work. The successful candidate will deliver engaging practical and theory-based lessons, helping learners develop the skills required for successful careers within the catering and hospitality industry.
Key Requirements
- Experience teaching Catering, Professional Cookery or Hospitality.
- Strong vocational expertise in confectionery, patisserie, and chocolate.
- Relevant Catering, Hospitality or Professional Cookery qualification.
- Teaching qualification (preferred) or willingness to work towards one.
- Excellent communication and learner engagement skills.
