This role will suit an individual with a strong Electrical Installation background who has progressed into education and training, and is now looking to take ownership of a department, lead a team of trainers and assessors, and drive quality, performance and learner success. You will be responsible for the strategic and operational management of the Electrical provision, ensuring programmes are delivered to the highest standards while maintaining excellent learner outcomes and employer engagement.
