We are looking to recruit enthusiastic and dedicated Sessional Maths Teachers to support our Further Education College in Mansfield. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals seeking flexible day-to-day supply work or short-term teaching roles within a supportive and dynamic environment.
About the Role
Due to increased demand, we are building a pool of reliable Maths teachers who can provide cover and short-term teaching support across a variety of provision, including GCSE Maths and Functional Skills. Opportunities are available on a sessional basis, including ad hoc cover, short-term assignments, and temporary roles.

About You
We are seeking individuals who are:
- Passionate about Maths and education
- Flexible, dependable, and able to adapt quickly
- Confident communicators with strong classroom management skills
- Committed to helping learners reach their potential
Essential Requirements
- Teaching qualification (PGCE, Cert Ed, or equivalent)
- A degree or relevant qualification in Maths or a related subject
- GCSE Maths and English at Grade C/Level 4 or above
- Experience teaching Maths in an FE or secondary setting
Desirable
- Experience delivering GCSE resits and/or Functional Skills Maths
- QTLS or working towards it
- Experience working with post-16 learners
