The Role
- Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons and support learners to achieve their full potential across Early Years programmes.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver creative and engaging teaching sessions
- Support students to achieve and complete their courses
- Build positive relationships with students and colleagues
- Adapt teaching to meet different learning needs
- Maintain accurate records and course administration
- Support a professional and inclusive learning environment
What We're Looking For
- Level 3 qualification (or above) in Early Years or related
- Teaching qualification (PGCE / Cert Ed) or willingness to work towards
- GCSE English & Maths (Grade 4/C or above)
- Experience in the Early Years sector
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Experience supporting learners or teams to achieve outcomes
