The Role

  • Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons and support learners to achieve their full potential across Early Years programmes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver creative and engaging teaching sessions
  • Support students to achieve and complete their courses
  • Build positive relationships with students and colleagues
  • Adapt teaching to meet different learning needs
  • Maintain accurate records and course administration
  • Support a professional and inclusive learning environment

What We're Looking For

  • Level 3 qualification (or above) in Early Years or related
  • Teaching qualification (PGCE / Cert Ed) or willingness to work towards
  • GCSE English & Maths (Grade 4/C or above)
  • Experience in the Early Years sector
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Experience supporting learners or teams to achieve outcomes
