We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Assessor to support with learner assessments and training delivery within our growing team based in West London.
Role Overview
You will be responsible for assessing learners working towards electrical qualifications, ensuring high standards of competency, compliance, and industry best practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out workplace and/or centre-based assessments
- Review learner portfolios and provide constructive feedback
- Support learners to achieve their qualifications in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date assessment records
- Ensure compliance with awarding body and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Relevant electrical qualifications (e.g. NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
- Assessor qualification (e.g. A1, CAVA, or equivalent) - or willingness to work towards
- Industry experience within the electrical sector
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Full UK driving licence (desirable)
