We are currently recruiting for a Digital Facilitator to join our college team on a full-time basis, starting in September 2026.

Key Responsibilities
- Support students and staff with the effective use of digital technologies and learning platforms.
- Assist learners in developing their digital skills and confidence.
- Provide guidance on online resources, software, and digital learning tools.
- Troubleshoot basic IT and technology-related issues within learning environments.
- Promote digital inclusion and engagement across the college.
Requirements
- Experience supporting users with digital technologies, IT systems, or educational technology.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office, digital learning platforms, and online collaboration tools.
- Previous experience within an educational setting is desirable but not essential.
- A passion for helping others develop their digital skills.
