Business Lecturer (FE/BTEC)

£30.65 - £33.10 per hour (inclusive)
21.5 hours per week - Immediate Start | Until Christmas Initially

We are currently seeking an experienced Business Lecturer to deliver high-quality teaching across Further Education programmes based across Ealing and Hammersmith.

Timetable

The role follows an established timetable across both campuses, including:

Monday (6.5 hours)

• Level 3.2 Business - Hammersmith
• Level 2 Business - Hammersmith
• Level 3.2 Business - Hammersmith
• Level 2 Business - Hammersmith

Tuesday (6 hours)

• Level 2 Business - Ealing
• Level 3.1 Business - Ealing
• Level 3.1 Business - Ealing
• Level 3.1 Business - Ealing

Wednesday (4.5 hours)

• Level 2 Business - Ealing
• Level 3.1 Business - Ealing
• Level 3.2 Business - Ealing
• Level 3.1 Business - Ealing

Thursday (4.5 hours)

• Level 3.2 Business - Ealing
• Level 3.1 Business - Ealing
• Level 3.2 Business - Ealing

The Role

• Deliver Business Studies lessons in line with an established timetable.
• Teach and assess learners on BTEC Business qualifications.
• Prepare engaging learning materials and support student achievement.
• Complete associated marking, assessment and administrative duties.

Requirements

• Experience teaching Business Studies within Further Education or a similar setting.
• Strong knowledge and experience of BTEC qualifications is essential.
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
• Teaching qualification desirable.
• Candidates must be willing to complete a micro-teach as part of the interview process.

Contract Details

• Start ASAP.
• Initial assignment running until Christmas.
• Delivery across Ealing and Hammersmith campuses as per timetable provided.
• Competitive hourly rates of £30.65 - £33.10 per hour (inclusive).
