Your role in the classroom: Year 4 is a big step — it’s where pupils shift from learning to read, to reading to learn. You’ll help them embrace new challenges, build independence, and fall in love with learning all over again. With support from a brilliant staff team and a friendly school community, you’ll help each child grow in confidence, curiosity, and creativity.
