Are you a passionate and qualified Level 3 Teaching Assistant looking for your next rewarding opportunity? We are working with a number of welcoming and supportive primary schools across Lewisham and Greenwich that are seeking dedicated Teaching Assistants to join their teams.
Whether you have experience supporting whole-class learning, delivering interventions, or working with pupils with additional needs, we want to hear from you.
The Role
- Support pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 to achieve their full potential
- Deliver targeted interventions in literacy, numeracy and phonics
- Provide classroom support alongside the class teacher
- Support pupils with SEN, including Autism, ADHD and speech and language needs
- Help create a positive, inclusive and engaging learning environment
- Build strong relationships with pupils, staff and parents
What We're Looking For
- A recognised Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
- Experience working within a primary school setting
- Strong communication and behaviour management skills
- A positive, proactive and adaptable approach
- A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development
- Experience supporting pupils with SEN is highly desirable
