Protocol Education are recruiting for Behaviour Support within a SEMH School in Wolverhampton. All candidates should make sure to read the following job description and information carefully before applying. This school is an established SEMH provision, which recently received a "Good" rating in its Ofsted inspection. The school is dedicated to creating a nurturing environment where students develop into happy, confident individuals who reflect the core values of honesty, respect, and trust.

The school is currently seeking a Behaviour Specialist to support students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. The ideal candidate should have experience in managing challenging behaviour and implementing effective strategies to enhance students' learning experiences in the classroom. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of SEMH and Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), along with the ability to tailor support to effectively meet these students’ individual needs.

  • Role: Behaviour Support
  • Location: Wolverhampton (Easy Commute from Walsall, Willenhall, Tipton & Wednesbury)
  • Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 3:30pm
  • Start date: ASAP
  • Qualifications: Team Teach/Positive Handling/De-escalation Training Desired, SEND Certificate and SEND qualifications also beneficial.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
