The role:
- Full-time, long-term Graduate Cover Supervisor opportunities across Wolverhampton
- ASAP starts available
- Supervising pre-planned lessons across a range of secondary subjects
- Managing classroom behaviour and keeping students engaged with learning
- Supporting students across Key Stages 3 and 4
- Providing additional support throughout the school day where needed
- Building positive relationships with students and staff

- Has recently graduated or is completing a degree
- Is confident, adaptable, and approachable
- Can communicate clearly and lead a classroom professionally
