We’re working with welcoming and supportive secondary schools across Wolverhampton looking for reliable and enthusiastic Cover Supervisors to join them ASAP on a long-term, full-time basis. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with young people and thrives in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. Whether you already have school experience or come from a background in coaching, mentoring, youth work, care, or support work, we’d love to hear from you.
You’ll be a key part of the school day, helping students stay engaged, on track, and supported while teachers are absent.
The role:
- Full-time, long-term Cover Supervisor positions across secondary schools in Wolverhampton
- ASAP starts available
- Supervising pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects
- Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring students remain focused on learning
- Supporting students across Key Stages 3 and 4
- Providing additional support throughout the school day where required
- Building positive relationships with pupils and staff

- Has experience working with children or young people
- Is confident leading groups and communicating clearly
