What you’ll be doing:

As an Artistic Youth Worker, you’ll use creativity as a tool for connection. You’ll support pupils 1 to 1 and in small groups, helping them express themselves, take part in learning, and build confidence. Think sensory sessions, drama games, expressive art, or simple movement activities that help students find their voice.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Helping pupils engage with learning through creative approaches
  • Using art, drama, music, or movement to support communication
  • Working closely with teachers and TAs to deliver personalised plans
