You will provide personalised, one-to-one support to an individual, helping them live as independently as possible while promoting their wellbeing, confidence, and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities Provide person-centred, one-to-one support tailored to individual needs.
Assist with daily living activities, including personal care if required.
Support community access, appointments, shopping, and social activities.

Follow care plans, risk assessments, and safeguarding procedures.
