The Role
As a Year 4 Teacher, you will
- Deliver engaging and challenging lessons across the Key Stage 2 curriculum.
- Plan effectively to meet the needs of a diverse range of learners.
- Create a positive classroom culture where pupils feel confident and motivated.
- Use assessment and feedback to identify gaps and accelerate pupil progress.
- Develop pupils' independence, resilience and enthusiasm for learning.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and support staff.
- Build positive relationships with parents and the wider school community.
- The Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate will be
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- An enthusiastic and inspirational classroom practitioner.
- Experienced in, or keen to develop their experience within, Key Stage 2.
- Committed to high expectations of behaviour, progress and achievement.
- Able to differentiate effectively and support the needs of all pupils.
- A strong team player with excellent communication skills.
- Passionate about creating engaging learning experiences for children.
