We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join supportive and welcoming primary schools across Watford. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about education and committed to helping children thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
Role Responsibilities:
- Support teaching and learning across the primary age range (EYFS, KS1 and/or KS2)
- Work closely with class teachers to deliver engaging lessons and interventions
- Provide one-to-one and small group support for pupils who need additional help
- Assist with classroom management and creating a positive learning environment
- Support pupils with special educational needs (SEN) where required
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a primary school setting
- A caring, patient, and proactive approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
