We’re looking for Behaviour & Inclusion Support legends to join a specialist setting in Wakefield, a place where young people who’ve been excluded, unwell, or let down by mainstream get another shot.
The Role:
- Support students across all key stages who are finding their feet in a new environment
- Work 1:1 or in tight-knit groups—whatever helps them settle
- Help kids who communicate differently or need structure to feel seen and heard
- Stay cool when things get heated, and show them there’s always someone in their corner
You’ll thrive here if you:

To get started, you’ll need:
- A DBS on the update service (or be up for getting one with us)
- Two recent references
- A big heart, solid boundaries, and a head for safeguarding
