We’re looking for confident, curious graduates to join us as Classroom Supervisors, supporting secondary schools while building the skills, experience and confidence needed for a future career in teaching.

What does a Classroom Supervisor do?

  • You’ll step into schools to supervise classes during teacher absence, keeping pupils on track with pre-set work and creating a calm, positive learning environment.
  • No planning, no marking, just brilliant exposure to life in the classroom.
  • It’s hands-on, fast-paced and hugely rewarding.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
