Protocol Education are currently recruiting for a caring and enthusiastic Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join a welcoming nursery and early years setting in Upminster. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Early Years professional who is passionate about supporting young children during the most important stages of their development. The Role As a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner, you will: Support children's learning through play-based activities. Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment. Observe and assess children's development. Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues. Support children's emotional, social, and educational development. Follow safeguarding and health & safety procedures at all times. Requirements Level 3 Early Years Qualification (essential). Previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting. A sound understanding of the EYFS framework. Strong communication and teamwork skills. A caring and proactive approach to supporting children.
