What you’ll be doing:

  • Planning and delivering engaging, well-structured lessons in line with the National Curriculum
  • Creating a positive, inclusive classroom where every child feels seen, supported, and motivated
  • Adapting teaching to meet the needs of all learners, including SEND and EAL pupils
  • Monitoring progress and using assessment to support pupil development

  • Contributing to the wider school community and upholding safeguarding at all times
