Seeking an early years role that supports both your career and your work life balance? At Protocol Education we are working with nurseries across the boroughs Barnet looking for a dedicated nursery practitioner. The right candidate will have a passion for working with children, supporting their early education and partake in the daily routines. We are dedicated to helping you through each step of the process to make it as easy as possible. You will have one of our consultants by your side every step of the way. In this role you play a key part in creating a safe nurturing and stimulating environment where the children can learn, thrive and grow. You will work as part of a dedicated and supportive team.

What you'll be doing:

  • Support the daily care learning and development of the children ages (1.5 to 2)
  • Help create and plan fun educational activities for the children.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues.
  • Write evaluations and observations on the kids in which you are a key worker for.
  • Communicate and build strong relationships with parents and carers.

What we are looking for:

  • Ability to work well as part of a team
  • Previous nursing or childcare experience is desirable
  • A CACHE level 2 or above qualification
  • A caring and patient approach with the children

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
