They are looking for caring, reliable, and motivated individuals to join their team as Trainee Teaching Assistants. What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting pupils aged 5 - 16 with their learning, communication, and daily routines
  • Assisting teachers with lesson delivery and classroom organisation
  • Helping children develop confidence, independence, and social skills
  • Using positive behaviour strategies to create a calm and safe learning environment
  • Working collaboratively with teachers and support staff to meet individual needs
