- What you'll be doing
- Supporting pupils with a range of additional needs, including autism, ADHD, sensory processing differences and physical needs
- Working alongside teachers, SEND professionals and therapists to deliver personalised support
- Helping children develop fine motor skills, independence and confidence in the classroom
- Using sensory strategies and therapeutic approaches to support learning and wellbeing
- Building positive relationships with pupils and celebrating every success, big or small We're looking for someone who
- Holds a degree in Occupational Therapy or is due to graduate this year
- Has a genuine interest in working with children with SEND
- Is calm, patient and enjoys finding creative ways to help children succeed
- Works well as part of a team and communicates confidently
