1:1 Learning Support Assistant roles , starting in
January 2027 .
This isn't a drama teaching position.

- Supporting pupils on a one-to-one basis throughout the school day

- A Theatre, Drama, Performing Arts or related creative degree
- Friendly, approachable and emotionally aware

- Experience working with children is beneficial but not essential
- What We Need to Clear You
- Passport or proof of right to work in the UK
- Two proofs of address (e. g. driving licence, utility bill or council tax statement)
- CV covering the last 10 years of work and/or education, with any gaps explained
- References covering the last 2 years (including childcare, youth work or mentoring where applicable)
- Overseas police check if you have lived abroad for 3 months or more within the last 5 years

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
