Protocol Education is working alongside SEND Schools in Telford and the surrounding areas to appoint recent graduates into Education. This is a fantastic opportunity to apply your subject knowledge and skills from your studies or previous work experience in a rewarding and fulfilling role within a SEND setting. If you have a passion for supporting children with special educational needs and disabilities and aspire to work in schools or become a teacher, this role would be ideal for you. Relevant experience working with children/young people with SEND is desired but not essential. There are multiple roles available, varying based on your goals and experience. Start Date – ASAP.

Job Overview:

  • Building and maintaining positive relationships with students
  • Supporting learners with SEND through all aspects of education while promoting independence
  • Adapting teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of students with SEND
  • Implementing EHCP (Education, Health, and Care Plan) recommendations where necessary
  • Nurturing students' social, emotional health, and well-being
