We’re working with a welcoming SEND primary school in Enfield that’s on the lookout for a caring, patient Teaching Assistant to support pupils with additional needs. This is a place where teamwork matters, calm is valued, and no one expects you to do it all on your own. You’ll be supporting children across the primary age range, helping them feel safe, understood, and ready to learn. Some days will be challenging, others will be full of proud moments, but every day you’ll know your support really counts.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting pupils with SEND, including autism and additional learning needs
  • Working closely with class teachers and the wider SEND team
  • Helping children engage with learning, routines, and social development
  • Being a steady, reassuring presence in the classroom
