Protocol Education is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Primary Teacher with Additional Responsibilities to join a welcoming and forward-thinking primary school in Oxted. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated teacher who is passionate about delivering high-quality education and is ready to take on additional responsibilities within the school, such as subject leadership, phase leadership, curriculum development, or mentoring colleagues.

The Role

  • Deliver engaging and effective lessons that inspire pupils to achieve their full potential.
  • Create a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
  • Take responsibility for an agreed area of leadership within the school.
  • Support colleagues in developing teaching and learning practices.
  • Monitor pupil progress and implement strategies to raise attainment.
  • Work closely with parents, staff, and external agencies to support student success.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Has recent experience teaching within a UK primary school.
  • Demonstrates excellent classroom management and communication skills.
  • Has experience in, or aspirations towards, leadership responsibilities.
  • Is committed to maintaining high standards of teaching and learning.
  • Works effectively as part of a team and contributes positively to school life.
