We are seeking an SEN Teacher to work within an alternative provision setting supporting pupils who require a different approach to education. This role supports pupils with behavioural, emotional or additional learning needs who benefit from smaller class sizes and tailored teaching.
Key responsibilities:
- Delivering engaging, adapted lessons
- Supporting behaviour and emotional regulation
- Building strong relationships with pupils
- Working with pastoral and SEN teams
- Supporting re-engagement with education
