We are looking for a Lead SEND Teacher in Sunderland to spearhead inclusive practice and curriculum development for learners with complex needs. In this role you will contribute to strategic planning, support less experienced staff and ensure teaching approaches are evidence-based and responsive to pupil needs. You will champion high expectations and support meaningful outcomes across the setting.
