We are recruiting for a full-time PMLD Teacher to join a welcoming specialist school in Ealing from September.
The Role:
Teaching pupils with Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD)
Delivering engaging, personalised lessons to meet individual needs
Supporting pupils with personal care
Following and implementing physiotherapy programmes
Supporting children during hydrotherapy/pool sessions
Working closely with therapists, support staff and families as part of a multidisciplinary team
Requirements:
Experience teaching children with PMLD
Moving and Handling training
Experience using a hoist
Confident providing personal care
A patient, caring and proactive approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
