We’re working with a vibrant secondary school in Brent that’s on the lookout for a full-time Student Support Assistant to join their friendly team this September. You’ll support students across KS3–KS4, helping with behaviour, wellbeing, and learning access.

The role:

  • Offer 1:1 and group support inside and outside of lessons
  • Support pastoral care and student wellbeing
  • Assist with learning plans and daily routines

The successful candidate will:

  • Have experience working with teenagers or in a school environment
  • Possess a calm, encouraging nature with solid behaviour management
  • Have a passion for helping students succeed up to GCSE level

All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
