Know your way around a busy school office? Calm under pressure, organised to a fault, and somehow able to answer the phone while printing registers and sorting late arrivals? We’re looking for an experienced School Administrator to join a friendly and fast-paced school environment. You’ll be the go-to person helping keep the school day running smoothly, supporting staff, pupils, and parents with a smile, even before the first coffee kicks in.

  • Managing front office and reception duties
  • Supporting attendance, pupil records, and school communications
  • Using school systems to maintain accurate data and reports
  • Assisting with general admin tasks to support the wider school team

Previous experience working within a school office environment

Knowledge of SIMS and other school computer software is desirable

Strong organisational and communication skills

A DBS registered on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one

A proactive and professional approach with a friendly attitude
