As an Art Teacher, you will inspire and engage students through innovative teaching, helping them develop their artistic skills and creativity while achieving their full potential.
Essential Qualifications and Experience
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) recognised by the Department for Education (DfE)
- Degree or equivalent teaching qualification
- Strong understanding of current educational developments and best practice
- Experience in assessment, monitoring progress, and reporting on student achievement
- Ability to deliver inclusive and culturally responsive teaching
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment
- Skilled in motivating and engaging students through a variety of teaching approaches
- Effective classroom and behaviour management skills
- Flexible and adaptable approach to teaching and learning strategies
