What You'll Be Doing
- Providing dedicated 1:1 support for a pupil in Year 1.
- Supporting emotional regulation and behaviour development.
- Encouraging participation in classroom activities.
- Creating a positive and consistent daily routine.
- Promoting confidence and engagement.
- Collaborating with teachers and support staff.
Who We're Looking For
- Sports, Coaching or Youth Work graduates.
- Positive role models with strong communication skills.
- Individuals who remain calm under pressure.
- Experience supporting children or young people is advantageous.
- A willingness to learn and adapt.
