We’re working with a welcoming secondary school in Tower Hamlets who are looking for a Speech and Language Therapist to support students with communication needs and help them thrive both in and out of the classroom. This is a rewarding, school-based role where your expertise will directly shape confidence, learning, and wellbeing during some of the most important years of a young person’s life.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting students with speech, language, and communication needs across the secondary age range
  • Delivering targeted 1:1 and small group interventions
  • Working closely with teachers, SENCOs, and pastoral teams to embed strategies in the classroom
  • Helping students build confidence, self-expression, and independence
  • Contributing to EHCP targets and progress reviews

What we’re looking for:

  • A qualified Speech and Language Therapist (HCPC registered)
  • Experience working with children or young people, ideally in a school or SEND setting
  • A calm, patient, and flexible approach
  • Someone who enjoys collaboration and being part of a wider school team
