This role is all about relationships. You’ll support pupils with autism in a structured, nurturing environment that values consistency and understanding. The school offers excellent SEN leadership and ongoing training.

The role includes:

  • 1:1 and classroom-based SEN support
  • Supporting communication and sensory needs
  • Helping pupils engage with learning in their own way
  • Working closely with SENCO and therapists

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has SEN or care experience
  • Understands behaviour as communication
  • Brings patience, empathy and resilience

All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role. All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
