About the Role
We are seeking a Primary Teacher to support pupils in an alternative provision setting, delivering a nurturing and engaging curriculum tailored to individual needs. The role focuses on re-engagement, emotional development and academic progress.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver creative and engaging lessons across the primary curriculum.
- Support pupils with SEMH and behavioural needs.
- Create a safe, structured and inclusive classroom environment.
- Track pupil progress and celebrate successes.
- Work collaboratively with support staff and leadership.
Skills & Experience
- QTS essential.
- Experience supporting vulnerable or SEMH pupils is desirable.
- Patient, nurturing and adaptable teaching style.
