About the Role

We are seeking a Primary Teacher to support pupils in an alternative provision setting, delivering a nurturing and engaging curriculum tailored to individual needs. The role focuses on re-engagement, emotional development and academic progress.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver creative and engaging lessons across the primary curriculum.
  • Support pupils with SEMH and behavioural needs.
  • Create a safe, structured and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Track pupil progress and celebrate successes.
  • Work collaboratively with support staff and leadership.

Skills & Experience

  • QTS essential.
  • Experience supporting vulnerable or SEMH pupils is desirable.
  • Patient, nurturing and adaptable teaching style.
  • Strong commitment to inclusive practice.
