We’re looking for a Pastoral-focused Teaching Assistant to support pupils who benefit from emotional guidance, structure, and encouragement throughout the school day. This is a rewarding role for someone who enjoys being a trusted adult in a pupil’s school life.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting pupils with emotional and behavioural needs
  • Providing reassurance and guidance
  • Working closely with pastoral and safeguarding teams
