Protocol Education is currently working with a welcoming and supportive primary school in Slough, Berkshire (SL1) who are looking for a passionate Year 6 Teacher to join their team from January 2027.
This is a full-time, long-term position running from January to July 2027, with the potential for the role to become a permanent position for the right candidate.
The Role
Position: Year 6 Teacher
Location: Slough, Berkshire (SL1)
Contract: January 2027 - July 2027, with potential for permanent
Hours: Full-Time
Pay: Paid to scale
We're Looking For a Teacher Who:
- Holds UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Has experience teaching Key Stage 2, ideally Year 6
- Has strong classroom and behaviour management skills
- Creates engaging, inclusive and purposeful learning environments
- Builds positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents
- Has high expectations for all pupils
- Is reliable, enthusiastic and committed to supporting pupil progress

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
