1:1 Teaching Assistant Primary School (Full Time) Near Shepton Mallet

November 2025 - July 2026

Full-time, Monday to Friday

Looking to make a real difference, one pupil at a time? We are working with a welcoming primary school near Shepton Mallet that is looking for a compassionate, reliable, and hands-on Teaching Assistant to support a pupil on a 1:1 basis. The role runs from November through to July, with the chance to make a lasting impact in a child’s learning journey.

You’ll be:

  • Supporting a pupil with additional needs in class and around the school
  • Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO to provide consistent, nurturing support
  • Encouraging independence, confidence, and a love of learning
  • Helping create a calm, positive environment where every small step forward feels like a big win

You should have:

  • Experience working with children (SEND experience is a real plus)
