Love supporting pupils and taking on more responsibility in the classroom? We’re looking for experienced, adaptable HLTAs to join our supply team across Sheffield. You’ll be working in welcoming primary schools, supporting learning, leading activities, and helping pupils thrive academically and socially. Whether you’re available a few days a week or more regularly, we’ll find roles that fit around your schedule.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Leading learning activities and supporting pupils in class, small groups, or one-to-one
  • Assisting teachers with planning and delivering lessons
  • Creating engaging, positive learning environments
  • Encouraging every child to feel included, capable, and proud of their progress
  • Supporting classroom management and maintaining a safe, structured environment

You’ll be great for this role if you:

  • Have previous HLTA or teaching support experience in schools

In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
