A specialist school in Ealing is recruiting a full-time Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD) Teaching Assistant to join their supportive team. This role will involve:
- Supporting pupils with severe and complex learning difficulties
- Assisting with personal care where required
- Using communication methods such as PECS, Makaton, and visual supports
- Supporting sensory needs and emotional regulation
- Encouraging engagement, independence, and social development
