What your day might look like:

  • Supporting pupils on a one-to-one basis and in small group activities

  • Helping children develop emotional regulation and positive routines
  • Working alongside teachers, support staff, and families to achieve the best outcomes

What we're looking for:

  • A genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs
  • A calm, nurturing, and encouraging approach
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team
  • Previous SEND experience or transferable skills from care, youth work, coaching, or support roles, beneficial but not essential
