What you’ll be doing
- Providing 1:1 support for pupils with additional needs
- Helping children manage routines, emotions, and sensory regulation
- Supporting learning in small groups and classrooms
- Working closely with teachers and SENDCOs who truly value great support staff

Every day looks a bit different, but you’ll always be making a difference.
Availability (Important)
SEND support works best with consistency, so we ideally need graduates who can commit to five days a week during term time. If you’re available three days, that’s still absolutely fine, as long as you’re happy to be on call for those days. We’ll talk it through so you know exactly how it works and feel confident.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
