We are seeking a passionate and committed SEND/SEMH Teacher to join a specialist education setting in Newcastle. This is an opportunity to make a real difference to the lives of children and young people who require tailored support to achieve both academically and personally.
The Role
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons that meet the needs of pupils with SEND and social, emotional, and mental health needs.

- Work closely with support staff, parents, and external professionals to develop and implement personalised education plans.

About You
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS or equivalent).
- Experience teaching pupils with SEND and/or SEMH needs.
- Strong classroom management skills with a focus on positive behaviour support.
- Ability to build trust and strong relationships with pupils who may have experienced barriers to education.
